Return Policy: is highly dedicated to ensure and strongly ties in relationship between our buyers and sellers. For avoiding any difficulties and improving e-shopping experience on, we set general return policies defining duration of returns and method to compensate the query. Following are some standard points that will help you to know about return policy:

  • Buyer have to inform us within 3 days if there is any damaged or wrong products
  • Return will be accepted within 7 days
  • Products must be returned in the exact condition as received. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity).
  • Consumer will bear all shipping costs for the return


  • We cannot offer returns on any of our watches, jewelry or artwork
  • If there is a blunder in the product dispatched to you that is a manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced.
  • At the time of returning a product, be careful and keep the tracking number that you received from the Delivering Company. It will be prove that you have returned the product.
  • If you have clicked on “Ask for replacement" or "Ask for refund" after 8 days then you will not allow claiming for replacement or refunding of the product.
  • Once you receive the compensation. Click on "confirm return" or "confirm replacement" depending on the nature of compensation you have received.
