Troubleshooting :

1. The range of the wireless Bluetooth connection for this barcelet is 10 meters, if distance between smart phone and bracelet outside this range ,will lose the connection.And sometime it will affect by the other bluetooth device, but don t worry, it will get connected in few sec even the bracelet get disconnection ,the app still record the date when get connect again.
2. As this barcelet is for sport, the heart rate will not that accurate as medical appliance. The date are only for reference, please allow a certain degree of distortion.
