Q: Does this work with iPhone 8 / 8p / X, is that fast charging?
A: YoGEE wireless charger works with iPhone 8 / 8p / X, but ONLY standard charging. Our project department is R&D the fast charging mode for the newest iPhone, will coming soon.
Q: How to match the fast charging mode?
A: To match fast charge mode must with QC 3.0 or 9V adapter, fast micro USB cable(our original cable is), and the phone must support fast wireless charging(e.g Samsung Note8 / S8 / S8+ / S7 / S7edge).
Q: What kinds of phone cases are supported?
A: Support most kinds of cases, like rubber, hybrid, plastic, TPU and PC cases.
Q: Why my charger stops charging after a few minutes?
A: While charging, the light is still flashing or charger stop running, means the voltage of power supply(adapter) is low. For protecting the power supply, our PCB set a power limiting program to shut off the power proactively.
The power output of adapter must higher than 5V, 2A(include 5V, 2A), please check your adapter if it as request.(E.g iPhone original adapter is 5V, 1A, the voltage of power supply is very low, so it can not charging stably)
