Troubleshooting:
Pairing: due to complicated electromagnetic environment, the earbuds may be effected. To "reset"them, you could put them back to the charge case to charge them. They will "reset"
Charging: When you put the earbuds in the charge box, the led will turn red for 1 second, which means a successful connection, then the led will turn white, which means it is charging. The LED will turn off if the earphones are fully charged.
