This does not mean that the seal is broken, but the oil strength is weakening the paper seal. With continual use, complexion will blend with even clarity and uniformity. Baby skin will surface in shorter duration when used as directed. Tough pigmented skin type will start by using Whiteskin Essential and bleaching powder wash.
