This indoor fan features three rectangular silver blades, a brushed chrome finish, and an opal frosted glass light fixture, creating a bold contemporary look. Featuring a DC motor this ceiling fan requires less electrical energy and reduces power consumption up to 70% over standard AC motors. Designed for rooms up to 360 square feet (18 by 20 feet), the Delancey utilizes an energy efficiency DC 125S motor. Six fan speed handheld remote adds convenient functionality and control to help keep you comfortable. In warm weather, you can run the fan counterclockwise to stay cooler. In the winter, you can run it clockwise to recirculate warm air from the ceiling, eliminating cold spots and drafts. The Delancey provides airflow at up to 5,722 cubic feet per minute (cfm). It is rated to operate at 32 watts at high speed (without the lights), which gives it an airflow efficiency rating of 172 cfm per watt. (As a comparison, 49-inch to 60-inch ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 51 to 176 cfm per watt at high speed.)
