2.My camera and the remote case are not on the same line ?
Re: 1. The Big Tightening Screw is to lock/unlock the adjustable ball head, please just rotate the ball head until your GoPro and the Remote Case on the same line.
2. As for the Head Lock Screw on your GoPro Case, it is to control your camera angle--- forward or backward.
