How to Use the Vanity Planet Plush Soothing Gel Bead Eye Mask
For cold therapy: Refrigerate for at least one hour, or freeze for at least 30 minutes, but ensure that the beads themselves are not frozen or else the mask will not mold to your face. Fit the elastic strap over your head, and place the gel bead side over your eyes.
