Kumeda 24 LED Solar Motion Sensor Light with built-in battery and solar panel absorbs solar energy, use of the process to bring you zero consumption. This device has three light levels: namely dim, moderate, and high, and two modes. Both modes are only on when it is dark.

2 Modes & 3 light levels:
* When the lights are on they are at the moderate level all the time;
* When the lights are on they are at the dim level until if/when motion is detected, upon which they switch to high. They stay at high until no motion has been detected for 15 seconds, then they revert to dim.
Note: When you turn on one of the devices, it is almost certain that doing so will trigger motion detection. As a result, if you then toggle the mode switch, you will toggle the light level between moderate and high. Thus, if you want the dim/high mode, choose the setting for which the light is brighter.
