For The First Time

1.Check that voltage indicated on the rating label correspond to the mains voltage in your home.

2.Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water.

3.Before plugging in, ensure the "ON/OFF/ Reverse" switch is turned to "O"  position.

When Jamming

1.In case of jamming， switch the appliance off by switch the "ON/OFF/ Reverse" to "O" position .

2.Switch "R / ON" switch to "R" position and "ON/OFF/ Reverse" switch to "R" position. Feed screw will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the grinder head will get empty.

3.If it still doesn t work, switch the unit off, plug out and clean it.

Attentions

1. Please pay attentions to the blade installation,ref to photo of installation.

2. The meat grinder is household kitchen meat grinder, not for commercial use.

3. Cut all foods into pieces (sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is recommended, approximate size :20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm)

4. Do not work continuously, perfer working 10 minutes and rest 1 minute, then it can continue to work like this.
