Please make sure your headset has entered pairing mode.(Turn the Bluetooth on and keep press the function key for 3 seconds until the LED light flashing Red and Blue alternately.Voice notice:power on --> paring).Anyway this earbuds can t connect two devices at the same time,so please kindly check whether it has been connected with others firstly;
Q2: DEVICE NOT FOUND
Please check if you have turned on the Bluetooth function on your devices,or try to restart your phone and follow the guide strictly,the name of this earphone would be "Air Headset";
Q3: NOT CHARGING
Please kindly check if you are charging correctly,if the earphone is completely out of power,it might take longer to be fully charged.The LED will be on Red color while charging and changed to Blue when fully charged;
Q4: LOW VOLUME
Please adjust the volume on your smart phone while calling or listening to the music,And only the main headset has sound when at the calling mode,this safety feature allows you to hear the traffic while driving;
Q5: NO SOUND AT MUSIC MODE
If only one earbuds has sound at music mode,please restart the earbuds or recover default setting.(Make sure there are enough power ,put both earbuds close,then press and hold the function button for 15s to enter into recovery mode,will recover the default setting after released 10s,the LED flashes in Blue).
