Please follow user manual to pair again; If normally situation can not work.Please follow this step. Power on the two earbuds, click the power button twice, and there will two blue lights on the earbud flash alternately,
the earbuds will back in initialization mode, wait for 2-3 seconds, the two earbuds will pair with each other successful. If the two way can not work or other questions, please contact our support team.
