You can listening to the music from the both earbuds, but when you making phone calls only the master earbud have voice, the default master earbud is Left earbud.
HOW TO PAIR FOR THE FIRST USE?
1. Press the button on each earbud for 3-4 seconds to power on the earbuds, they will connect each other automatically firstly (You will hear the voice prompts "Power on, pairing, team successful), and you can see the indicate lights start blinking red to blue alternately means the earbuds are ready for pairing.
2. Enable Bluetooth in your cellphone and connect the device named x18. It will take about 1-2 seconds to connect. You will hear voice prompts "connected", and the light stop blinking
Brief Operation
1. Single press the master earbud means play/pause music, single press the secondary earbud means next song. Double press the master earbud you will redial the last number you ve called. When answering phone calls, single press means answer, press again means end phone calls.
2. Press button for 5-6 seconds to power off.
Tips
For some reasons you cannot pair the device, you can just delete the x18 in your paired devices lists and re-pair it.
Q1: Why my earbud fall out of ear easily ?
A: It is because you wear the wrong ear caps. Please try another ear caps size(come with S,M,L)
Q2:Why the sound from earbuds intermittently loses signal?
A: If there are many walls in your location or there are other signal interference those will cause this problem. Please move your mobile closer to the earbud
