One day I was in the middle of leading a group and my clients asked me to explain the meaning of self-love according to me. They explained that they truly could not recall anyone else ever teaching them what this concept meant. After having an intense and beautiful group that evening, I knew I had to share my ideas and experiences about this matter with others and that is how this book was born.
