How to consume:
Bring to a boil 1L of water. Let cool to approximately 70°C. Add in 12 Chaga chunks (40 g) and let boil for 20 mins. This will give you a refreshing decoction. Alternatively, brew the Chaga for 8 hours to create a rich and potent tonic. Expect the water to become dark, similar to black coffee. Next, strain the liquor into a cup or resealable glass and enjoy. You can store the Chaga decoction for several days in a refrigerator or freeze any excess in ice cube trays for later consumption. You can also reuse each chunk several times, simply re-brew it until the water no longer becomes dark.
