Activation Request:
Please follow the instruction included in the package to activate, do not activate through T-Mobile. The SIM card does not work before it is activated.
Note:
You cannot choose your phone number nor area code. The phone number has been used in the past. This is a NO contract prepaid service. The SIM card comes with triple-cut regular, micro and nano size. The activation could take up to 24 hours. If you are with T-Mobile, you cannot keep your current number. Existing T-Mobile phone number cannot be transferred over to this item. The service cannot be transferred to T-Mobile. This is a new activation only service, NOT a refill item for current T-Mobile subscriber. Please note that the activation will occur on the requested first date of usage before 12:00 PM (PT).
