No bending, twisting, or looping is necessary. A twist of the Rasp tool inserted into the needle eye releases the plug. It s a tried and true method. You can Stop & Go too. This kit is for general use on all tubeless tires. Five re-enforced rubber Insert Strips, Rasp tool, Split-eye Insertion tool, and a .41 fl. oz. tube of Rubber Cement are all included in this inexpensive yet very effective kit.
