This highly collimated beam significantly enhances night vision performance and offers an eye-safe means of illuminating distances greater than 1000 m. Military and law enforcement models also features an enhanced end cap, taking full advantage of the added switching capabilities of the full powered D2. The Steiner DBAL-D2 (black) has a quick release HT mount, and also features fully adjustable windage and elevation. There s also co-aligned visible and IR aiming lasers, as well as an IR LED illuminator. This laser device has an activation/mode selector switch, and a remote cable port. It is powered by one CR 123A battery, with a battery life of 3 hours.
