The Large Kiku fixed blade knife has an overall length of 11.2 inches and a 5.6-inch blade made of AUS8 stainless steel. AUS8 is high-grade chromium Japanese steel that boasts a good balance of toughness and strength, edge holding ability, corrosion resistance and cost. This blade also has a straight edge that cuts cleanly and sharpens easily.

It s hard to make precise cuts if your knife doesn t fit comfortably in your hand. That s why this knife s handle is ergonomically contoured with a full tang construction. Crafted from linen micarta, this smooth handle is created from soaking layers of linen cloth in resin, then pressing them together.
