It is constructed from solid, durable fir wood that is treated and coated for outdoor use to resist the rain and elements. Large and spacious in size, this 2-story rabbit hutch features an open run downstairs with living and sleeping areas above. Multiple doors and access points make it easy to insert or remove animals. The downstairs run allows animals to exercise on the ground and is surrounded by heavy duty steel wire to help keep pets in, and predators out. This wire is finished with an ultra-durable epoxy coating that is rust, corrosion, and fade resistant, even in extreme climates. A ramp leads to the upstairs living quarters through a door that flips open and closed to keep animals either upstairs or downstairs. The upstairs sleeping quarters to the right is mostly sectioned off and has a walk-through entrance for your pets. Its solid front door locks with a metal slide bolt and keeps animals private and secure while they sleep off the ground. The wood enclosure provides an insulated, warmer environment. The entire top roof is covered in asphalt to protect pets from water penetration. It flips and stays open on a hinge for easy access to pets and refilling food and water. A removable sliding pan in abs composite covers more than half of the upper level s floor area and is easy to clean.
