It s easy to set up a wireless alert system in your home, protecting it from break-ins and damage, thanks to the Household Alert Receiver. This receiver will accept wireless alerts from up to four different sensors, including an indoor/outdoor motion sensor, a water-leak sensor, a door or window breach sensor, and a garage door sensor, which will remind you to close the garage after you enter your house. You ll receive both audible and visual alerts from the Household Alert Receiver, which will beep and flash upon a breach. All sensors are sold separately. The Household Alert Receiver will accept triggers from up to four sensors. Link it with a Household Garage Door Alert Sensor, a Household Motion Alert Sensor, a Household Door/Window Alert Sensor, a Household Water Alert Sensor, or any combination of one or more of these. Kits are also available, containing the Household Alert Receiver with the garage door sensor, motion sensor, door/window sensor or water sensor. When multiple sensors are installed, only the corresponding zone LED will flash, so there will be no confusion. In addition, you ll know which zone is being triggered by the number of beeps emitted in succession. If you re planning to be working in an area that normally triggers your motion sensor, or if you re planning to leave your garage door open while you work in your garden or on your car, the audible alert can be muted easily.
