LCD displays current Fuel level using a 9 segment bar graph.
Fuel lamp flashes 1 time per second when the meter indicate the second bar from the left.
Fuel lamp flashes 4 times per second when the meter indicate the first bar from the left.
Refresh rate: 1 minute.

Hour Meter Function
Total hours display from 0-99,999.9 with 0.1 hour resolution.
When total hours run up to 99,99.9, the resolution change to 1 hour.
