***Instruction for Use
With a non-metallic bowl and spoon mix the clay with warm water or rose water to obtain a smooth creamy paste that looks like mud, let the mixture hydrate for 5 to 10 minutes.
For dry skin or hair, vegetables oils can be added (coconut oil, Argan oil, almond, sesam, apricot kernels, etc..)
Essentials oil can also be added to the mud.
