Much like the popular Abmat, our mat makes situps more comfortable and helps to ease lower back strain and reduce hip flexor activation. Useful for Cross Training/HIIT workouts because of the frequent appaearance of high rep sit-up workouts, and can even be used while learning hand stand push ups.
