Common Problem
Q: How to install the metal ring?
A: First remove the blue and white adhesive tape above it. Then place it in the middle of the mobile phone back or in the middle of phone case (The phone case must be non-metallic and the thickness must be less than 3mm, due to the metal ring material and sticky, don t easily move the iron ring to prevent scratching the phone.) Then cover the cell phone cover.
Need note that when charging, align the iron ring to the phone with the charger so that the charger can firmly hold the phone through the iron ring.
Q: How much of the thickness of the phone case can be used in this car charger?
A: The thickness of the phone cover doesn t exceed 3mm, if more than this thickness, the charging will be intermittent and will not even charge.
Q: Why is charging always disconnected when driving?
A: 1. The adapter requires a 2A charging head. If the adapter is less than 2A, charging pause may occur.
2. There is a deviation in the position of the mobile phone placed on the charger. This may cause the charging to be stopped (the package contains the operation manual. Please read it carefully).
