Moroccan Red Clay is high in naturally-occurring Dolomite, Silica, Ferric Oxide and mineral oxides.The high iron oxide content gives this clay its red color. This clay is mildly absorbent, and effective in skin cleansing and purifying. It helps revitalize the skin s appearance and brightness, re-balance dry, flaky or mature skin, and improve texture and elasticity. This red clay will stain your skin, clothing and counter tops, so please be careful with its use. You do not get the same manageability and softness with use on the hair as you would with Moroccan Rhassoul Clay. This can be used in cold process or melt and pour soap.
