Designed for Convenience
With the 40" stainless steel mesh cable connected to base of thermometer, simply insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, set the desired temperature or select from the USDA approved preset programmes, and the thermometer will alert you when the meat is cooked to the desired temperature. This thermometer has a built-in timer that will alarm you the count down is finished.The large digital LCD display with backlight is easy to read even in low light conditions.
Preset/Manual Temperature Programming
The digital meat thermometer is programmed with preset temperatures for different types of meat at various cooking levels eg poultry, beef rare/fish, veal/pork, ham, beef well etc as recommended by USDA. You can also set your own temperatures manually.

Push the °F/°C button located on the back of the meat thermometer to select the desired temperature unit
