Instructions for use:
1.Installing the Lower pole and base cup on the plastic baseboard, screw by the Wrench.
2.Inflating the punchball by the ball needle, then use the wrench to tighten the nut at the bottom of the ball.
3.Connecting the upper pole and the punchball tightly by screwing upper pole itself.
4.Connecting two Iron pipes by the height adjustable screw, adjust the height according your need.
