This is one pair of identical shoe stretchers that fit both left and right shoe,

This is not for boots or high cut shoes

IMPORTANT: Before inserting stretcher in shoe, moisten spot or area of the shoe that is to be stretched with water, moisten from the inside only. Insert the removable pressure relief plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is needed. Then insert stretcher in shoe, and turn the plastic knob CLOCKWISE to adjust the length and turn the metal L Shaped metal handle clockwise to adjust the width

Do not overstretch!

Continue to turn plastic handle CLOCKWISE until you start seeing surface pressure showing on the shoe.

Turn metal L shaped handle in a Clockwise direction until you start noticing surface pressure showing on the shoe.

For Best Results: Leave the stretcher in the shoe for approximately 24 hours

Turn the plastic knob and the metal L shaped handle COUNTERCLOCKWISE to remove the stretcher from the shoe

These stretchers are intended for use in regular size shoes and not narrow or wide shoes.
