Pavlok helps break bad habits by associating the discomfort of the electric jolt with the bad habit that is being performed. Pavlok Quit includes the full Pavlok 1 Unit, plus a how to guide and app courses specifically designed for Hand-to-face repetitive behaviors (like scratching, hair picking trichotillomania, nail biting, hair twirling, etc). The device can release a customizable vibration or zap when you press the button. The device vibrates when you bring your hand to your face. Press the button when you are doing the behavior -- you ll feel a zap which snaps you awake and makes you aware. By associating the two sensations together, you build an aversion to the habit --- ending it for good. Note for wearing/use: - This product must be in direct contact with your skin in order to work properly.
