OvisLink Call Center headset training adapter, connects two headsets to a phone at the same time. Trainer can be on the same phone call with the trainee. There is a mute for each of the headsets connected. The trainer may mute anyone of these two headsets microphone correspondingly by press the mute buttons. It is a powerful tool for call centers to train new employees. This call center training adapter is Plug and Play, no need software installation. (User manual can be download from the manufacturer s website.)

Compatible with OvisLink headsets which have RJ9 quick disconnect cord.
