The Orca Torch is a highly versatile, very portable torch used with propane and room air for soldering, annealing, and general craftwork. This basic model (item 914-166) comes with three tips without valve for propane tank (choose correct valve for your selected propane tank). Concentrated flame reaches temperatures up to 2400° F (1315° C). The torch operates on direct tank pressure, which means that it is not necessary to purchase a separate pressure regulator. The Orca Torch is a precision instrument. Complete torch outfits include the torch body, hose and three torch tips. Torches sold without propane tanks. It is easy to travel with, as a gas source can usually be obtained at your destination.
