A spring loaded bar retracts to allow for secure loading of numerous pills for splitting simultaneously. The casing consists of a cutting technological, medical grade, stainless steel blade that is facetted with a blade guard for safety. Simple open the cutter, load the desired amount of pills and watch how the retractable bar holds and with pressure, splits all the loaded pills equally. Various shapes and sizes can be loaded including scored or un-scored tablets; 5/32" (4mm) to 3/4" (19mm) in size. Note: Time-release and gelatin capsules may not be cut or split with this product.
