The kit contains a sized set of tools and materials to create 40ml of a true saturated solution of potassium iodide, or up to 20 ounces of a 5% solution of potassium iodide, to be used as a nutritional supplement, or in any of the numerous ways that true solutions of potassium iodide have been traditionally used for thyroid health, reducing "brain fog" iodine supplementation, or as an ingredient for creating your own therapies.
