Introductions for use:
Cupping method:
1. Pressing method: Place the opening of the cup onto the skin over the treatment area. Gently squeeze to create a vacuum. Take your hands off the cup then the skin at the opening of the cup is sucked by the cup.
2. Turning over method: Turn over the cup from the opening to the other side. Place it onto the skin over the target area.

Common cupping therapy:
