Miracle tile, stone and grout sealer penetrates into the pores of the surface to form a barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains while allowing complete vapor transmission. Ideal for interior and exterior, kitchen, showers, bathrooms, patios, health, driveways, garages and facilities. It is an entry-level alternative to impregnating/penetrating sealers. It is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. All surfaces treated are harder and less slippery. It can be used on both interior and exterior applications. Independent laboratory tests show tile, stone and grout sealer outperforms competitive products. Always protect neighboring surfaces including wood, carpet, metal, landscaping and other non masonry surfaces. Coverage will vary depending on the density, porosity, texture, surface absorption, weather, time solution left on surface and application methods. Used as directed, Tile, Stone and Grout Sealer will cover between 500 - 1,500 sq.ft. per gallon (45 - 135 square meters per 3.785 liters). It will be dry to the touch in 1 - 3 hours and may be put into service. For optimum results the area should be kept dry and free from staining materials for 24 - 72 hours. Store in the original container, properly sealed to avoid contamination and evaporation. Stored at 77 degree F (25 degree C), Tile, Stone and Grout Sealer will have a shelf life of 12 months. Do not allow to freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
