Drill Operated Easy Buff Wool Pad

It’s the wool that makes the tool. Meguiar’s Easy Buff Wool Pad technology gives you superior cutting to quickly remove oxidation and defects from your clear plastic headlights. You will also find this pad is much easier to control than a traditional foam pad, which comes with conventional headlight restoration kits. It’s more effective at removing defects. To clean the pad, carefully, use a cleaning spur or microfiber towel on the face of the pad, while the pad is still attached to the drill and running at a slow speed.

Once You Cleared It, Protect It

It s recommended that you coat your headlights with Meguiar’s Headlight Protectant (sold separately) to act as a barrier between the plastic and harmful UV rays, prolonging the clarity and brilliance of new or freshly restored headlights. With the regular use of Meguiar s Headlight Protectant, oxidation and discoloration can be prevented. It helps maintain headlight clarity for new and recently restored headlights and provides durable protection from harmful and damaging UV rays.

Application of Meguiar’s 1-Step Headlight Restoration Plus

Not intended for use on coated plastics, LCD or navigational system displays. Use on a cool, clean surface.

• 1. Attach the Meguiar’s Easy Buff wool pad to your drill (Refer to drill manufacturer s directions for proper attaching instructions).
• 2. Apply a nickel-sized amount of PlastX polish to the pad and place pad flatly on the surface to be restored and start the drill slowly working up to speed.
• 3. Remove product from headlight with a clean towel, before it has a chance to dry.

If oxidation and defects still remain, a stubborn defect removal pack is included in the Meguiar’s 1-Step Headlight Restoration Kit for spot repair.
