This means that creating a personal plastic model was far to expensive for home use. The new product the "Yaya 3D" pen provides way to have relatively cheap 3D models in a short space of time. This allows scaled down models to be rapidly created using the same materials as the final model in a few hours once you have learn how to use the pen. Creating scaled model is easy by printing a reduced size on a inkjet printer, then tracing round the drawing with ABS plastic in 2D and joining them together to make 3D.
