Effective solution for pest control

1. Place the bait (such as peanut butter, chocolate, hazelnut spread) on the metal pedal of disabled trap using a toothpick, Q-tip or another tool to mask the human scent.
2. Place the armbar away from the trap.
3. To set the trap, carefully pull back the kill bar and hold it securely with your thumb.
4. With the other hand, place the armbar over the kill bar. Then lift the metal pedal slightly and insert the bent end of the armbar into the slot on the metal pedal. Slowly release pressure from the kill bar until the armbar has fully engaged and holds the kill bar securely. Take note the setting of the trigger sensitivity depends on the depth of the armbar insertion into the slot. Don´t put fingers in the bait area of the activated trap. The trap s spring force may cause injuries!
5. Carefully place the trap in areas of high rodent activity. The end of the trap with the baited pedal should be placed against the wall. After the rat is caught, dispose of the dead rodent by lifting it off the kill bar. We recommend using disposable gloves.

Tips & Tricks

The trap is still set and bait is gone
Try to use a solid type of bait and tie up this bait using threads to metal pedal. There are two small holes for this purpose. Then rat must put much more effort to acquire the bait and trap will be activated.

The trap was tripped and bait is gone
It seems that the trap was too sensitive and the trap was premature activated. In this case we recommend use lower sensitivity. See attached manual. If you also use a solid type of bait tied to metal pedal then you will increase the chances to trap rat.

Cought rat escaped with the trap
In order to prevent this use holes in platform of trap for nailing or screwing trap to the base.
