Description

The Light the Way Gate will keep you and your baby safe day or night. The light-sensing LED will turn on when the room is dark, making it easy for you to see and open the gate at night. As the room becomes light, the LED sensor will automatically turn the light off. Also includes a manual on/off switch for added convenience. Powered by one AAA battery (included).This safety gate can be used virtually anywhere between rooms, doorways and at the top of stairs. For pressure mounting between rooms and doorways, simply use the tension knobs to secure it in place. You can also hardware mount the gate for use at the top of stairs with hardware-secured mounting cups. The low threshold design of this gate is 50% lower than traditional metal pressure gates, making pass through safer for all. To control the direction that the gate swings, a control knob allows you to decide - swing in one direction when using at the top of stairs or allow the gate to swing both directions when used between rooms. The door motion on this gate is effortless, the spring-loaded gate simply latches behind you. For those times when you want the gate to remain open, swing the door past 90 degrees and the hold-open feature kicks in.
