Intended Use
The One Touch Select Plus test strips are used with the One ouch Select Plus Family of Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems, (One Touch Select Plus) for the quantitative measurement of glucose (sugar) in fresh capillary whole blood samples drawn from the fingertips.
The One Touch Select Plus Family of Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems is intended to be used by a single patient and should not be shared.

Storage And Handling
- Keep in a cool, dry place between 5-30℃. Do not refrigerate. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
- To avoid risk of contamination and damage, store your test strips in their original vial only.
- Do not open the test strip vial until you are ready to remove a test strip and perform a test.
- Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the vial, especially in high humidity environments.
- Do not test with a strip that is bent or damaged.
- Tightly close the cap on the vial immediately after use to avoid contamination and damage.Do not bend, cut or modify the test strip in any way.
- Test strips are for single use only. Never re-use a test strip that has had blood or control solution applied to it.
- Do not allow liquids, dirt, dust blood or control solution to enter the test strip port or the data port.
- Make sure your meter and test steps are about the same temperature before you test.
- After performing a test, do not return the used test strip to the vial.
- Do not use after expiry date.
