Heart rate data can be affected by your personal status, so complete your personal info in the app and wear it tighter. The tracker is not intended to generate any data for medical use or scientific research. It is just for life reference.
Step counting
The tracker has a built-in 3D sensor. It registers your steps when you swing your arm. To test the accuracy of the pedometer, walk casually and continuously up to 100 steps or more (it will reset itself if you walk continuously less than 40 steps.)
Activate the tracker
Insert the built-in USB plug of the tracker into a USB port to have it activated.
Connect the tracker to your phone
Make sure your smart phone system is iOS 7.1 or above/Android 4.4 or above, and Bluetooth 4.0 or above (not for iPad or tablet).
1. Download "VeryFitPro" app from APP store/Google play for free.
2. Go to phone settings, set Location/Phone permissions on in app manager and trust "VeryFitPro" app as a reliable app.
3. Set Bluetooth of your phone on, and tap the touch key of the tracker to wake up the screen.
4. Go to "VeryFitPro" app ->"Device"->"Bind Device", tap on "ID130 HR" and confirm (Do NOT connect the tracker to your phone in the Bluetooth of your phone settings.)
If your phone failed to find the tracker, reboot your phone and Bluetooth to search it again.
