Anlarach Knife sharpener stone is made by two sided professional grit stones which are designed to sharpen and polish . The 1000 grit whetstone set the edge, restore the dull blades to sharp, while the 6000 grit whetstone puts the final polished edge on knives.

Our knife sharpener stone comes with two sided Japanese grit whetstone, the 1000 grit stone set the edge, honing the dull blades, while the 6000 grit stone puts fine edge on knives or tools. The sharpener will stay flat giving you an ideal sharpening surface.
Instruction for Use
Soak the stone in water at least 5-10 minutes before sharpening
Insert knife into the angle guide
Hold knife at correct angle and stroke the blade across #1000 grit side
Alternate blade sides each stroke or every 2-3 strokes
Turn the stone over and polish the blade on #6000 grit side
Test the burr with paper, no finger
Clean the stone and knife, store it in dry place
