Care Instruction: Always clean the 2-in-1 Crepe and Pancake maker after each use to prevent a buildup of baked-on foods.Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down completely. The reversible plate can be cleaned easily with warm soapy water or can be placed in the dishwasher. Always dry the plate thoroughly before placing back onto the unit. Wipe the outside with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not clean the inside or outside of the unit with any abrasive scouring pads or steel wool as this will damage the finish. If there is any hard-to-remove batter residue baked onto the cooking plate, we would advise using vegetable oil to soften it, waiting 5 minutes before removing with a paper towel. NEVER clean or rinse the appliance under running water.
