Description

The JULABO HSP.3 Digital Hot Plate / Stirrer for laboratory stirring and heating applications. Unit utilizes microcomputer control technology for high stability and performance. LED display for digital setting of temperature, stirring speed and operating time. A memory function for stirring speed and temperature settings facilitates quick duplication of repetitive methods. Infrared heating technology provides fast heating. Unit operates from a 50 – 300 °C temperature range with the use of a Pt100 sensor; to 500 °C without the Pt100 sensor installed. The easy to clean chemical resistant 135 mm diameter ceramic glass plate is rated to 500 °C. A built-in liquid protection groove keeps fluids away from the control panel ensuring that spills will not damage electronics. An integrated high temperature light flashes when the surface temperature exceeds 70 °C. Integrated over temperature protection and adjustable delta T setting. Magnetic stirring speed adjustable from 100 – 1200 rpm. System has a maximum capacity of 20 L. Integrated timer from 1 – 1800 minutes. Unit includes stainless steel Pt100 temperature sensor, clamp, stand and PTFE magnetic stir bar. 115V/60Hz.
