About the Brand
Gluten Free You and Me is owned and operated by Judee DeJaco. Judee began eating GF in 93 after being diagnosed with Celiac disease. She joked about bringing her own food to dinner parties and events. She became the head of the San Diego Celiac Society from 1995-98 and helped CSA develop their first GF shopping guide. After moving to Dublin, Ohio, Judee became director of the local food pantry and set up special options for GF customers showing the pride she takes in helping newly diagnosed GF dieters find delicious food options. In 2009, after becoming frustrated with the lack of flavorful GF bread options, Judee created a GF bread mix which resulted in her fabulous French White Bread. It was an instant success at local restaurants, pizzerias, and farmers markets in pizza crusts, buns and breads.
