Trouble Shooting
•Wi-Fi setup issue, please make sure：
1) your phone is not connecting to a 5G Wi-Fi signal.
2) there is no special characters in the wifi password such as !@#$%^&*()_+ as there could be compatible issue with some phone’s system.
3) you are connecting to a router, not a modem/switch.
•inconsistent signal, it could be due to:
1) too many devices sharing the same internet network.
2) the IP camera is too far from the router if using Wi-Fi connection.
•other quality and setup issue, please insert a pin to the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds for reset
