- Adapter supports charging and listening to music at the same time on iPhone 7, 7 Plus, X and most iPad models. Please note: The Lightning and 3.5mm adapter version does not support the microphone on your earphones. The Lightning and Lightning version supports audio, charging, and the microphone. In addition, the adapters seem to not work for some not all customers on the iPhone 8 models which we are working on resolving. So, please buy for the iPhone 8 at your own risk since we have informed you of the complications.
- Our adapter supports latest update (iOS 11 and Up).
- Sound quality is not lost using this adapter because of the premium materials used.
- Important: Please do not keep adapter plugged into phone when not in use for too long. It may damage the adapter.
Troubleshooting: If in the rare case the adapter seems to not work or rejects the accessory, then try restarting your phone or plugging in your headphones first and then plugging in the charging port. If it still does not work, then please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem.
