Our quinoa is grown in northern and Southern Andean mountain range of Peru at 11,000-13,000 ft. using water from Andean mountains. Most of the quinoa grown in South America is dried and packed in the unhygienic conditions. We dry our quinoa in controlled environment, We use water and friction to remove high quality quinoa seeds.
