A:Maybe the camera is low power,please charge the camera to try .if power enough. please follow the steps below.
1st：Close the device and router .
2nd: open the device first and wait about 10 second untill the red light flash.
3rd: open the router and wait a moment to open app.it will be ok if all procedure is correct.
2.Q:Why does the camera show Device offline when it works another network or outside?
A:Because it was config the old network.So it can not release hotspot .You should reset it .
